I’m Dylan Geraghty, founder of Zetix. I’ve worked in GTM roles for 12+ years across telecoms, cybersecurity, SaaS, and digital transformation, building GTM and outbound systems inside startups and enterprise environments alike.

One of my career highlights was being the founding Account Executive at cybersecurity startup TryHackMe, where I built the B2B sales function from zero, driving revenue from $0 to $2.5M ARR in under two years. I developed the sales playbook, established repeatable processes, and recruited and trained the founding sales team to enable scaling.

Additionally, I’ve also performed in larger corporate environments, carrying quotas from €350K to €1M and consistently achieving above target. This combination of startup agility and enterprise discipline has given me a well-rounded perspective on what drives sales success across different organisational contexts.

Over the past two years, I’ve also transitioned into GTM engineering, where I’ve been building and optimising revenue infrastructure using modern sales technology and automation. Working alongside a team of technical experts, I focus on designing scalable systems that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

This experience has given me hands-on expertise with cutting-edge GTM tools and workflows, allowing me to bridge the gap between sales execution and technical implementation.
